Measure the change in height.
A small threshold and a flight of front steps need different solutions. Send a side-on photo with a tape measure at the threshold, a wider view of the landing, and a view with the door open. Include the walker, wheelchair or other aid dimensions when relevant.

The ramp must fit the route.
A ramp needs suitable width, slope, support and clear space at both ends. It should not prevent the door from working or create another obstruction. Larger or permanent structures can require design, permits and specialist work. We scope these separately.
We do not choose a ramp from a height measurement alone. Product limits and how the person moves through the doorway also matter.

Can you install a ramp I already own?
Send its make, dimensions and instructions along with doorway photos. We will discuss whether it is suitable for that location before arranging fitting.
Can a threshold ramp replace a full wheelchair ramp?
Only when it addresses the actual height change and access need. A doorway threshold product is not a substitute for a ramp designed for several steps.

Will the work need a permit?
It depends on the scope and local requirements. A small removable product and a permanent structure are different projects. Any applicable approval needs to be resolved before work begins.
