Measure the doorway before choosing the ramp.
Tell us the height change on each side of the threshold and the available approach space. A ramp that matches one dimension can still interfere with the door, an adjacent step or the landing. Include the mobility aid's dimensions where relevant and any clinician's recommendation for access.
Check the whole route, not only the raised edge.
The door needs to operate properly with the ramp in place. We also need to consider the landing, surface condition and how the product is fixed or positioned according to its instructions. For an exterior doorway, include the sill and surrounding drainage details in the photos.

The $149 fitting scope does not cover custom construction or establish that a particular ramp is suitable for a person using a wheelchair.
