Garage entrances can have a tight landing, stored items nearby and a door that opens toward the stair. Photograph the whole route with the door open and closed. The useful place for a rail is not determined by the number of steps alone.
Wall mounting and post mounting need different work.
An adjacent wall may suit a continuous rail if its structure supports the fixings. An open side may need posts or a different arrangement. Concrete condition, edge distances, backing and the chosen system affect the installation. An open edge may also need a guard, which is a different function from a handhold.

A rail must not prevent the door from opening, closing or latching as required. Can you quote a handrail for only two or three garage steps?
Yes. Send the full entrance photos. A short stair can still need careful planning around its landing, door and fixing surfaces.
Can you put a rail on the open side?
Possibly. The mounting structure, clearances and any guard requirements must be assessed before the design is agreed.
Is a garage rail the same price as an indoor wall rail?
Not automatically. Posts, concrete mounting, exposure and repairs can change the work. We quote the actual entrance.
